Our shirts are all printed on demand using DTG (direct to garment) printing technology unless otherwise noted. For those special cases, we may be doing a limited run screen print or discharge printing.
The DTG printing process allows designs to be printed one at a time only when needed. This reduces upfront costs and warehouse complexity. But typically cost a bit more per item.
When new, your item may have a slight vinegar smell to it. This is due to the non toxic chemicals used in the pretreat process. This pretreat is required for a good quality print. The smell should go away after 1 wash.
As these are made to order, it is not as fast as simply pulling the shirt off the shelf and mailing it. There are peak seasons, holidays, and emergencies that can make it take longer than expected. When printed, they are first come first served.
Typically, 3-5 days for the item to go through the queue and get printed. During off peak seasons, it may be even faster. Shipping is based on your selections at checkout.
